Great location in Phoebus! I always get a taco dinner (comes with three tacos, and either rice & beans or chips & salsa), and I love that you can choose three different tacos for your dinner! I am a HUGE fan of the shrimp and fried chicken tacos.
This was by far my favorite little spot for food until the menu change. I loved their brisket tacos they were delicious! Instead of brisket it is now shaved beef. Interesting concept. Nasty concept. The shaved beef doesn't look as appealing as it sounds, overcooked sirloin steak, sliced deli style. Not at all what I had in mind. It is not good. Also, I had the shrimp and fried chicken taco... both are usually pretty tasty, but the shaved beef taco made me lose my appetite. Ate and left sadly disappointed.
Best Mexican food in 100 miles. Really good, reasonable prices. Not the junk you get at the chain restaurants.
The food was great!! Absolutely enjoyed being there with great company but waiting was pretty long to be seated and food came in 40 minutes. That's why I gave four stars. I would definitely go back soon though!:) I loved taco there!! Yummy!

Great food! If Sunny is behind the bar... tell him to make you drink. It's by far probably the best Mexican food in Hampton Roads. Ask for Nat the server, she's my favorite.

The food was full of flavor and large portion. Pretty relaxing atmosphere. Friendly bartenders!! I loved the tequila bat selection. Not expensive at all.
