The salon is BEAUTIFUL! And my hair turned out great for a reasonable cost. I already booked my next appointment.
Gorgeous salon. I had an appt and was stood up by the stylist. She actually said.." I forgot bc you're not one of my regular clients." ... " would you like to reschedule?". The other stylists were empathetic and very nice but occupied with their clients which was reassuring. I wouldn't risk being stood up twice by the same person, especially since this was my first encounter.

When I called they was rude and rushed me off the phone as if I was wasting their time. So why should I come in and give them my money. Customer service is everything, it can make or break your business.
