Overall, more things NOT fixed than fixed. My wife purchased a Diamondback online for my birthday, but when it arrived the rims were warped. So I paid to have the rims fixed and also got a tune-up. Did a great job of fixing the rims, but the tune up was subpar. When I rode the bike for the first time, I almost fell off as the chained pop'ed off the sprocket. In addition, the brakes did not work properly and the gear shift did not as well. Upon closer inspection, the gear cable was not properly routed through the cable management system below the front sprocket. . The handle bars also had a slight movement to them and squeaked (which was not there when I gave them the bike). I decided to fix everything but couldn’t fix the handle bars. Emailed them, never received a reply. When I went back to the shop, the father told me that there was nothing that could be done about the handle bars. When I contacted another factory dealer, I was told that the handle bars should not move or make noise. I could come by to get them fix, but that would require another charge. Decided to deal with it for the season. When I get my tune up this year (to fix the handle bars), I will not return to Robert F Snow & Son Bicycles and Supplies.
