These people are completely unqualified and unprofessional. A cashier at Home Depot would had probably have had more insight. They only made my problem worse and I wouldn't give them another dime or even the satisfaction of direct eye contact. This whole practice is quackery at its most disgusting. I would recommend talking to a random janitor or fry cook - your time would be much better spent. It kills me I have to give them an entire 1 star because they deserve about a -4. Good luck folks!
Tried to reschedule an appointment and they dropped me. Said I had rescheduled too many times. This would have been a second reschedule. Don't get sick or have car issues if you are their patient. Staff rude and unprofessional as well. Treated everyone there like we were criminals. For a mental Health center, these people are pathetic. Find a reputable provider if possible these people are the lowest of the low.
I was supposed to come in for my first visit but would be a few minutes late. Was told they couldn't reschedule my appointment. I asked what I could do. They told me I had to go somewhere else. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. How can you be a mental health center when you turn away your patients? Please do not waste your time. I would give a 0 star if I could.
Please be advised Do not trust or use this establishment. Catherine Paulo’s is rude dumb and cruel. She cutoff my medication tha t left me very sick and didn’t even blink when I cried and pleaded with her that withdrawal can make you seaze. They took thousands of dollars from my personal med cash account and when it ran out told me not to come back without cash plus my med insurance. They need to be investigated and shut down. Catherine is a danger to those who are having a crisis and need crisis help. I trusted an associate Paula who was nice but even she didn’t check on me when I was abused by Catherine. Beware. They are dealing with your loved ones minds. The local professionals greatly advise avoiding this establishment. I give them minus 10 stars. There must be a special place in hell for people that play with others in time of crisis minds. Catherine even said she has all blonde employees. Too bad they look like elderly clowns
have been with Hampton Mental Health for 3 years. Can't say enough good things about them. Professional staff all around. All have been very helpful and kind. I have never felt better about things. Highly recommend. My therapist E. Williams is awesome. Just keep in mind not every therapist fits every person, you have to find the one that fits you
