Staff/Manager very unprofessional. Customer service is poor. Merchandise rundown.
Horrible place to deal with, they are selling items on “offer Up” online and when we showed up to purchase the item they literally sold it to someone else while we were looking at it and reviewing the item. Not a place to do business with when they treat their customers that way. Shari, who supposedly is the manager should be ashamed of the way you handled yourself. STAY AWAY FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS HERE!

Great customer service especially the manager Sherri she's very understanding and friendly. Rent A Centers usually have bad reputations but I don't get that from the Langley store awesome staff.
