He was very knowledgeable of the installation process and materials and was most helpful as we chose the best design to meet our needs. This professionalism was followed by the installation team of Jose and Byrd. Their work was very precise, ensuring that the placement of each component was done to perfection. They minimized the disruption to our home and kept the work area very neat and clean. We consider these qualities of workmanship very important and highly recommend this company.
We were very happy with our choice on choosing Quality Advantage to remodel our two bathrooms. Bryan Klee as our Design Consultant did a outstanding job as did Jose who was the crew supervisor. They were very informative regarding cost, timing, product choices, and labor availability. We receive four quotes and QAHP was very competitive but most of all were very professional with a outstanding attention to detail. I would highly recommend Quality Advantage to family and friends.
To start,my husband and I give a hands down rating of five stars!! We were very happy and grateful for their very professional work and their excellent workmanship. The installers were both very pleasant and took great care of our home,inside and out. My husband and I were overly impressed. They were the type of installers you want to come to your homes. Quality Advantage used the best products,brand names, Yes,we noticed. We also notice that drop cloths were used at the front door and down the hallway to the master bathroom. We loved that. Our carpet is pretty new so we appreciated the extra efforts they took to protect our carpet. Brian Klee,our design consultant was right on everything he told us. He explained everything to us and that's exactly what we got. Quality Advantage is a great company and won't let you down. They are A+ in our opinions. Unfortunately arthritis was making it difficult to get in and out of tub to shower. Wanted to replace tub with a walk in shower, but didn't want the cookie cutter acrylic surround or tiles that are difficult to keep clean. Found their products online. They came, showed us what they have and a price. Perfect. Waited several weeks for install. Had a beautiful, affordable, convenient shower in 1 day. I am very pleased. Thank you.
This company is top Quality all the way. They come in and do the work and do it right. What I liked best about them is they treat you like family, making sure you are a part of everything they do, the work was wonderful. My husband can never thank them enough for all they did to make it easier for us to use the shower without falling.
