Made it here multiple times. Easy purchase, easy checkout, easy return process. Lines are short and the store is relatively stocked and clean, although not much staff to help while searching for products.
I have been shopping at Lowe's for for over twenty years and I have always been proud of this store for it's products and the courtesy of it's workers. And most of all, I Iike their return policy. They give me no hassle about that. Thanks Lowe's for your dedication, Robbie.
This store is laid out better than my other option but if you need help with something forget about it... they tell you they'll get someone wait right here and when that person shows up they're busy with something else. Needs more staff... or the ones standing in groups talking to one customer need to spilt up and help others.
They don't answer their phones. Had to let it ring 20-30 times. The customer service agent did not give her name when answering the phone. She was very unknowable about ship to store deliveries. I was looking for about what time the delivery truck arrives and she didn't have a clue. Customer Service Represenatives should be knowledgeable about all aspects of operations of the store,deliveries,and locations of products. This is a time where just calling gives you the mentality of the store manager
Ordered a custom door for my home on July 7, was told it was be in and installed mid August. When August 30 came around and I had not been contacted about installation, I discovered the door had been sitting in the store for a few weeks but the installation team had never been notified. Once they were notified, installation team contacted me immediately and set up a date 10 days out which I was impressed with. ....until the day came. I had to use personal time from work to be at the house during installation at 9:30 AM. When 9:35 rolled around I called them wondering where they were and was told one of their guys called off work and they would have to reschedule. Reschedule day came and I get a call telling me the door was damaged during shipping. Talked to the manager and all he could offer was what he thought were acceptable excuses, I interpreted it as my business was not important to them. So, they lost it. (actual installation went pretty smooth, they stuck it out through the rain but did crack my plaster/dry wall which is tough to avoid)
