Called Fireplace and Hot Tub Shop trying to find someone to repair a malfunctioning air switch on our whirlpool bath. John answered and was very professional and quickly understood the problem, had the solution, and came to our home on a Sunday to fix it. His prices are reasonable and the repair was very professionally completed without issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Fireplace & Hot Tub Shop if you have issues with a whirlpool tub. They seem to be the only company on the Peninsula that repairs these type of problems.
We had a problem for years with our gas fireplace and hadn't used. Got a recommendation for The Fireplace and Hot Tub shop. John went out of his way to come out and service it, get it back running, give us tips to use and maintain. All after hours from his normal service calls. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great company!
I'd give "NO" stars if I could. I had been happy with them when I first purchased my hot tub from them many years ago, and even a replacement cover. However it's been nearly 2 years of calling every month or more and John always say's I'll get it to it this weekend at the latest...That time comes and goes. Leave messages, no one calls back...And like another review, I also paid $300 in advance because they didn't have enough money to order the part themselves without my money. Take the money, and then provide no service. So unprofessional.
