Service was horrible. Nobody there seemed to have the time or interest in helping us. What should have been a happy time picking out an engagement ring was horrible. We ended up scrapping Kay and using a local jeweler.
Terrible service. People working here were very rude and disrespectful. Decided to go to Jared instead. That attitude won’t get a penny out of me
Service sucks. Trying to make a quick payment not one of the three employees have even asked what I needed when I'm obviously standing right in front of the register. I understand they are helping customers but it would take literally 5 minutes or less to help me. Instead, I'm waiting here for 20 minutes without any kind of acknowledgement. I'll go to another kay store next time.
I have gotten rings cleaned here and well do so again.
