I found a 2 long hairs in my food and called the manager who didn't help. The manager told me the hair was no ones hair at the location, and that it must be mine. The manager (Rasheed) was extremely rude and told me to go to corporate and he will just pay a $200 fine/ticket , meaning he must have been through a situation before. All i did was call and ask for my money back and he stated " IM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING" and went on to argue a d call me a name. I have never encountered such behavior from a fast food place. This is unacceptable and i will be contacting the health department.
The dining area is small, and somewhat loud, but serviceable. It fits what it is well.
Got a slice n it was ok. Nothing to brag on for Ny style pizza. I've had better. I'm new to the area so I'mma keep trying different places.
We got pizza by the slice, and they were very generous with toppings, as well as the size of the slice. The crust is a little on the crunchy side, but may not be for whole pizzas. The overall quality was mixed, with the veggies and chicken being fresh and really good, but the sausage was the common kind that always reminds me of kibble.
The menu is solid, with plenty of pizza, pasta, burgers, subs, salads, wings, etc... They also have a variety of cheesecakes for dessert.
Price was good, and service was ok. The staff seemed bored, but then made thoughtful offers, such as them cutting my little one's slice into smaller pieces before serving.
Overall, it is a good pizza place. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have been to a ton of small pizza places, and there is a lot of tight competition. I will be back.

It was our 1st time the there. It came recommended by a coworker who gets it deluvered. We just got a plain cheese pizza and it was as thin as the cardboard of the box it was in and flavorless. The horrifying part was the filth in the kitchen. The wall behind the fryer was thick with grease that dripped all the way down to an outlet. This is clearly visible from the register. I think the board of health And fire inspector should make a visit. On the bright side, the staff was friendly.
I've gotta have 2 slices of pizza at least once a week. As a native New Yorker this place taste like home.
