I think it depends on the day you go and what theater room that you're in. On the occasion you get into a theater room that smells really bad their seats are outdated a lot of them are broken and it's difficult to enjoy your movie when you're focused all the unpleasantness around you. The last movie I went to see was November 3rd and it was the new Thor movie that came out. Our movie was scheduled for 9:30 however at 10 someone came in and announced that we would be moving to a different theater after they brought everybody their food and drinks. At the time it was a little bit difficult for me to walk so after making sure that we were the first people there so that we could get the seeds we wanted we were now forced to fight the crowd and didn't get as good as seeds as we did in the first theater it was also very difficult to move the food and drinks however there was a waitress who offered help and that was very nice. After being rearranged to another theater another 15 minutes later of everyone trying to figure out where they were sitting who still needed their orders the movie finally started. In order to accommodate us they gave us a movie ticket offering a free movie with restrictions it wasn't available for all movies and not for movies playing within the first week considering we went to see this movie on the date open I don't really think that was appropriate. Considering I didn't think that I would be returning to this movie theater I asked if I could have a refund instead and get them back the coupon and they said they were not able to accommodate me and that I would have to accept the coupon. The movie was great but my experience here was lacking in many ways and this is not the first time this has happened at this location other than to receive my free movie I do not see myself going back.
The facility itself could really use an update. The screen and sound were great. The seating concept was also well thought out by giving your server access without blocking your view of the movie for you or those around you. However, the seats felt like sitting on bagged gravel. The food was okay, but not even close to the preparation of other Cinema Cafe locations in the area. The cleanliness of the theater could have also been better. We really enjoy watching movies at the Cinema Cafe, but I seriously doubt that I will return back to this location.
Service was very poor server gave my food to couple that was sitting next to me and didn't bring my food until hour later the couple was eating it so loudly that I couldn't here movie ate like pigs. movie started 615 food arrived at 735 never again. rather stay at home and watch fire stick.
From California. So I found it very different. Very interesting. The choice of food creates so much more to make the experience of watching a movie better. No long lines. No missing part of the movie to get food. Great!
However for others there are Pros if you would like to go to this movie theater which are the prices are generally really good, they have a arcade for the children, Wednesday's movies are cheaper all day, and you can order your food in the movie theaters and have it brought to you.
Cheap great food a wonderful place. To take the family or just go on a date. Helpful staff...
