It's rough but I'm getting through it im gonna have to be tough any ways this is just helping sure it's not great but you know its all I need

My child did not do well here it was dirty and she did not get the help she need waist of two years.

Wasn't very impressed from first encounter with this school when I went to register my children since we'd moved into the zone. The secretary wasn't in and the principal did not have a clue what paperwork to give me nor instructions of what to do. She told me I'd have to come back another day. I returned a few days later and was told by someone else ( still not the regular secretary) that I needed to go to their former school to withdraw them which I did. I then came back another day before the school year began in attempt to register my children so they'd be properly assigned a classroom prior to the school year. I was met at the door by the secretary varying her things stating summer is almost over and we have returned to the routine office hours. I expressed my frustration and she took me into the office for 2 minutes, had me fill out 1 form and said I was done and that she'd email the classroom assignments. I must say that the regular secretary seems to be the only one at the school who knows anything. I called during the second week of school and received i think the part time secretary whom didn't answer my question but gave me other info that I didn't request attempting to rush me off the phone . I informed her that she didn't answer my question and asked again . She gave me a short answer and hung up the phone. I'll be polite and won't say her name. It is now the end of the second week of school and I am about to make my second visit to the teacher to discuss her reported screaming at the children which she admitted to raising her voice at times and the sending of paperwork to sign that I completed at the open house. This school has shown me that they are very disorganized and I don't see that it is a good learning environment for a child to thrive. I am very disappointed with this school and I don't believe that my children will be continuing the school year here. Unless you're just looking for a day care , then please seek an alternative place for your child's education.

I went there for not even a year and hated it. I was getting called gay just because I touched a girl's hair. After that I went to Barron. Best school ever!! GO TO BARRON, NOT BURBANK!!!!!!!

Attended first grade here in 1967. It was a brand new school.
