PROS:
Be careful. Call the police if something happens. They need to be aware so they can mind their own backyard.
--PARKING is disastrous unless you want to use the garage and haul your purchases everywhere with you.
Took wife there on date! If you don't walk your wife through a shopping mall once a month.. they get angry! Any how plenty of good bars and restaurants. Plan on going back on a date to movie theater.
CONS:
If I am able to find what I need elsewhere, I do.
"White people are whats wrong with the world and how they a need to die" they followed her for 10 minutes carrying on. She is upset and no longer feels safe in her own neighborhood.
--Good variety of stores and restaurants.
--ACCESS to all establishments is via sidewalk. There is no cover during inclement weather, so prepare for that as well.
It’s kind of difficult to navigate in or out. There are some lots but the parking is mostly street parking; it’s a good place to polish up those parallel parking skills. Many of the stores here are great, but many seem to be leaving. Not sure what the future holds here.
My daughter in law was just followed by 4 black girls. They walked right behind her while she was walking with her NEW BABY telling her
--Facility is relatively new and well maintained. Seasonal decorations are tasteful.
--SURCHARGE - All businesses impose a surcharge on your purchases (0.5%) just for the privilege to shop at this location. Extra $$ out of your pocket.
This is a nice outdoor shopping center with a lot of variety from food to stores. There is not a big local presence though, as most of the places are chains. Renovations seem to be a mainstay as well so enjoying the whole experience is limited by that. Otherwise this site has a nice foot traffic during most days with the presence of office spaces for locals and colleges as well.
Some racial things going on.
--DRIVING through the narrow streets with parked cars on both sides and pedestrians everywhere is dangerous and nerve wracking even for experienced drivers, unless you really don't care if you hit something or someone.
This is a pretty outdoor mall where moms bring their kids to play at the little park and meet up in Moms groups. I felt it was an area where all races got along. I guess that's changing.
