Emily has done my travel for years, even before Uniglobe. She has done cruises for me and every thing has been spectacular. Never had to ask for a refund. If I ever need a refund I am 100% confident she would work very hard to get it done. My flights have always been exactly what I want. Times are perfect, window seat every time, and I have never been bumped because she has taken care of everything. She is never rude, knows a lot, does a wonderful job, and is the hardest working agent for her clients. And she does all of that being the only employee/owner. I will never go anywhere else for travel. If you read any negative reviews it is probably because the client didn't understand how travel works. Keep up the good job.

I love Uniglobe! They find us good flights, they get us out of places when the airlines are shutting down and everyone is being told to wait "for a representative from the airline to figure it out for them" - Emily and her staff get me on another flight before that long line even starts to move. They also have referred us to some really nice cruises and vacation locations because they travel and also keep tabs on the experiences their other travelers have had.

I trust Uniglobe's core competency is in travel; however, with the short experience I've encountered, I'm looking forward to doing business with another travel agent.

I value organization. As a first time cruiser and an investment as a Disney cruise, I was expecting over communication, timelines, enthusiam. Nothing of that nature was received. The message that reign in my mind from the conversations with the Uniglobe team is "nothing is free with Disney." I provided my credit card information on Jan 13th and received an email on Jan 16th for my date of birth. This information should have already been on file when I gave my information and made a $448 deposit before Christmas. When Uniglobe called today, I was advised they didn't charge my card because they were waiting on my cousin to make a deposit. Huh?!?

Emily has been doing this for years and her experience and professionalism show! She's the only agent I will ever use!

My cousin values superior customer service. Emily was OK with taking credit card information over the phone on Jan 13th but very rude when a refund was requested over the phone.

The last flight she booked for me is the perfect example. I arrived at the airport (already had my seat assignment because she takes care of that for me when I book) and sat down to wait for boarding. There were WAY more people at the gate than the flight could hold.... so I asked the gate attendant what was going on. He said that the flight had been extremely oversold and there were a LOT of standby names. He verified my information and said I did well getting my seat pre-assigned as they were bumping folks that didn't do that. He also pulled my connecting flight and found Emily had covered me on that flight as well (it was also oversold). I went back to my seat to wait and overheard SEVERAL folks on the phone with someone trying to tell them how to log in to the site they used to booked their flight looking for alternatives because they were not getting on my flight! That right there makes using a travel agent worth their weight in gold!!

I've used Emily to book my travel for years. She finds me the best pricing when I book and keeps an eye out for a better deal up until I travel. She is always available when I need her.

    I love Uniglobe!
