Bad Customer Service!
I usually love visiting bookstores even if I don't always make a purchase. It reminds me of going to a video rental store years ago just to see if anything new and interesting has come out. I have to say though, I will never visit this particular store again. The last five times I have been here, I have been harassed by so called patrons who have nothing better to do than harass others be it to spread their religion, play music in a book store of all places or panhandle.
I can't stand it anymore and I don't think any reasonable patron should either. Is much rather go to another location even if it is farther away.
A typical Barnes and Noble experience. Organized books and friendly staff. Parking lot is usually busy but is clean and safe feeling. The Starbucks inside is also very good. Their baristas are good at making drinks!
I absolutely love this Barnes and Noble. It's got great atmosphere, it's always well organized, and there children's section is massive. The employees are very helpful and patient as well.
Arrived at 9am, an employee also walked up at the same time. Short Caucasian woman with blonde hair opens door for employee and walks back in not allowing me to enter or give anyeye contact. I have to raise my voice to get the employees attention. My intention was to ask one question, Do you have Apple Pay?
I love the way the stire is set up. It is relaxing
