Ive been to this Resturant two times. The staff is not friendly and the food is not fresh. I order jerk chicken and the sauce is always jellied and cold, As if they heat up cold food but they do not heat it up properly so the sauce is still solid. This happened both times I went. The jerk chicken sauce taste good, that's why I gave them 2 stars. The Mac and cheese and the cabbage are not good at all. I think the Mac and cheese might be from the box. I first tried their food at a event in Virginia Beach. It was fresh and good that day but this Hampton location never has fresh food when I go.
Love the Portions.. Clean restuarant and customer service is up to par.. Can't complain at all.. Really deserves 5 stars.. I live to far from it that's my issue
Everytime I come to hampton 3-4 times a year for weeks at a time I order food here. At first everything was okay and then overtime the staff became unfriendly with attitude for no reason. The food match their attitude poor. I order stew peas 2 time and both times its 99% rice and 1% meat. Sometimes parts of the food be cold or burned. I'm Jamaican i know my food and this place losing their touch.
Bruh. This food is SO good. My friend and I were worried that it was going to be some knock-off Caribbean food, but man... it surpassed our expectations. The jerk chicken
Rude lady on the phone. Just called to ask if they deliver and the young lady answered then hung up when I asked her that. I was so excited about trying this place out and was willing to even drive there if they couldn't deliver but for her to hang up like that made me never want to try this place. P.S. called her back btw and asked her again to which she replied no which she could of just said that in the first place w/ o being rude!
