I like tropical smoothie but this specific location always has employees with horrible attitudes. So I travel further for better service.
This was our first time here and everything was phenomenal.
Got my drink from rude customer service, with the lid broken like this! The smoothie isn't even fully blended so it's pretty much impossible to drink! I will never go to this tropical smoothie again...
The only Tropical Smoothie franchise on the Peninsula, and the closest to a military installation that doesn't honor veterans by offering a discount. You're not getting my business until that changes and I will spread the word on base and to everyone I know. Shame!
This is the worst tropical smoothie. The 1 on Warwick has way better Customer service. This place is disrespectful. And maybe a bit racist. No smiles. Got charged for a kids meal on Sunday with no apology with my refund. I felt ignored and not valuable as a customer from entering to leaving
