if i can rate this negative i will. My mom need to fix her social security card. I waited 2 hours just to get to the window, then they told me i need additional documents but my mom doesn't need to be there, sure, so i came home to get it, i have to wait another 1 hour to get to the window, then the other lady said my mom need to be here, what the f was that. If the other guy didn't say that, i would have bring my mom.
With a full waiting room they closed down their available windows from 3 to 1. WTF? I can understand if they're short staffed and only have so many windows open, but to close them down when you're the turning people away from the door because the waiting room is too full is complete bullshit. BTW, this was not an end of the day thing. This was 10 am, two hours before they were closing for lunch.
The employees are so slow! And their security guard is very bossy
They're helpful, positive attitudes but, quite forgetful with paperwork and stuff. Otherwise than that, not bad
I walked in, walked up to a screen, punched in my information and Bam.... Ticket... Sat down and in 5 minutes I was at a window and 8 minutes in my car for the drive home. Seems simple enough, liked it there.
