PODS was amazing to deal with. Every person I came in contact with was warm, friendly, & professional. The ease of drop off & pick up was fantastic. I will use PODS again for all my moving needs!

Now we are in our new state and I am trying to locate our PODS and have been on hold waiting for someone for over 30 minutes! I am trying to get our container moved to our new home instead of the storage unit. They say it is easy to reschedule online but it is not easy. You cannot reschedule for long distance moves. You also are not able to chat with anyone! Even though it was nice not to have to drive a truck across country, we will not use PODS again. We will find another method for moving. Lord willing, we will not be moving again! Very, very bad service!
Horrible experience and customer service! We were told we didn't need the FULL payment until after we arrived to our destination and the PODS was delivered. Great, since money would not available until then. A day before we leave for our move, PODS emails us and tells us money cannot be accessed from our bank account. WHAT? I call them and I received a very rude and demeaning customer representative telling me I could not speak to a manager for a past due bill. The bill was not past due - it was due that day. Praise the Lord we had money on hand to pay for the PODS or else they would not pick up the container. For two weeks!
These people have the worse customer service. They refused to move the POD from my property after I saw that the representative had out right lied about what would fit into the container. They are very misleading about the size of their containers and then refuse to refund monies already taken from credit cards. I have been trying to reach their "customer" service department manager for over 8 days and have yet to talk to them . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR MOVING they are horrible. VERY VERY poor customer service. If there was a negative for the rating they would have it.
As always, PODS delivers. On time and convenient.
