The square pizza is good. But when I ordered the family meal deal and ordered pepperoni pizza, I got halfway home to realize it was just a cheese pizza. I went back and told them about the mistake, and they were rude- telling me I did not order pepperoni when I called and acted like I was trying to get a free pizza. I had the cheese pizza with me to return to them. I was shocked at how bad I was treated. It wasn't cheap and I wasn't trying to get anything free I didn't want the cheese pizza at all. I just wanted what I ordered. My son loves the pizza but with that service I don't want to go back. Plus honestly the salad is mediocre at best.
This place is Awful. They forgot sausage on a slice, the burger is cheap and dry. When I asked what came on my food I was told and I chose not to have some items. When I got the food it had other ingredients that weren't told to me.
The food is really good and the customer care was extremely professional. I had a minor mix up with my order and the fixed it in no time with respect. Thats awesome now-a-days.
I ordered from here last night. I ordered gravy fries and received the tiniest container of gravy. I thought I would get at least enough to cover my fries, hence the name. The garlic knots i ordered were hard as a brick! when I called them they were closed so I left a voice mail. I didn't get a call back so I called today just to talk to a very rude girl. She was nasty. Then called me names. I asked to speak to a manager she said he wasn't in. Then i said i would report her nasty attitude, all of a sudden one is available. He was nice and said he would send someone to give me more gravy and that he was sorry about that. I'm going to let everyone know never to order here! Bad food and customer service!
This place says they make their own pizza but when we got to car, son said papa johns is much better. The mega fries say they come with bacon and cheese. I'm sure it had onion and what they might call bacon but it was more like ham and nothing but fat. GROSS DONT EAT HERE!!!
Ordered from them for the first time. Chicken gyros, fries, and cheese pizza. The fries were good. Loved the gyro. Pizza is not the best but it was good. I will be ordering from them again. Prices are reasonabe.
