We ordered ahead of time and it still took 45 minutes for us to get our food. And we got here 20 minutes after we ordered it. There's no reason we had to wait that long; it wasn't even crowded. Terrible.
The garlic parmesan boneless wings were good, the honey bbq wings were good. Didn't really like the Buffalo bone in or boneless. The wedges were hard. I think I would give them another try
Love the food hate the svc.. ordered food at 233 rec emailing at 248 saying it was otw. At 340 i called cauze food had not arrived after being yelled at over the phone by a very rude woman that insisted i was yelling which i wasnt because they said they went to the building and no one answered... i then hung up because ahe became more irate insisting i wasn there.. someon elese calls back for me they resend the food after an hour later I waited out side the guy goes to the wrong address.. we wave him over and tell him that not even the right street. He then tries to make me pay for food that I paid for online.. I said keep it I'm ordering chinese.. i was also tols how can i miss a car with a big wingzone sign on it.. there was no sign on the car when he returned...
If i could give this place no stars I would. Let me start here... I love the food from this place, however the customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME i have been here is THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN! The management is sooooo rude. They have no respect for anyone. no matter the race. Had an issue where the order was delivered an hour and a half after i placed it online but the delivery driver KEPT delivering to the wrong address. i called and the MANAGER on the phone started YELLING at me. i asked her to calm down. but she insisted that she was in charge of the conversation and that things were gonna go her way. After she yelled for like 5 minutes she said they will attempt to redeliver the food (as if they came before), We Stood outside and waited again and the slow delivery driver who drives a Bright red pontiac gets out and walks to the wrong building AGAIN!!!!. Had to flag him down to the right place, which is clearly written on the delivery form. He attempted to tell us that We needed to pay for it after i paid online. He was told to KEEP IT! and we ordered elsewhere. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE EAT HERE. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! ATTITUDES FOR NO REASON. I REALLY HOPE THE WHOLE STAFF GETS REPLACED. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD TO AS MANY PEOPLE I CAN TO NOT EAT HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOU!
Horrible experience. I ordered my food 8 little chicken wings at 11:40 am & it's now 1:06pm & I still haven't received my food at all . Now I called the place twice & I kept being put on hold . I'm glad I wasn't starving to death because I would've died by now . Horrible service . My original address , wing zone delivered to the first time I ever ordered food from them & then the next time when I wanted food , they said that they don't deliver to my address anymore . Horrible customer service . Keep in mind , I'm still waiting on my food .
