Thoroughly enjoyed the Jazz Legacy foundation's 4 day event. Venue was great, just a long sitting each night of 6-7 hours straight. Remember the old people. lol
I got to a handful of different conventions here every year. Plenty of parking, easy to get to. Large conference center that's easy to navigate through. Nothing too confusing. Concessions are ok.
Very versatile as far as events goes. You have a huge variety of things to see at any given time. Big spacious lots of room. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The food is a bit pricey at the concessions stand but very good.
As a family we do many events locally and one of the main areas we frequent is the Convocation Center. It's very beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and always clean. Plenty of room for lots of vendors and artists to showcase their goods.
This place is very nice and clean. The works of art on the walls are lovely and the fountain in the lobby is a nice touch. The convention center is huge, so there may be multiple events happening at once, but the place is so spacious you won't feel crowded. It right across from the Colosseum and offers some interesting views.
