they dont care about u, customer service very poor and person on phone rude, i jst dont get it.

The first thing I said was Hello and I need a wheelchair accessible cab. Gave them the pick up address and drop off. They sent a cab to the drop off address and when I finally got it corrected, it was not wheel chair accessible. Idiots! That seems like it was done on purpose. How can you make those mistakes? I even asked her the first time I called, how long does a wheelchair accessible cab take. So, what was the problem then?
