Other customers make the line slow. The staff has to communicate with each other better. Teamwork is the key to a consistent line flow.
The service and food was great. I believe the manager, Kevin said his name was. He was very polite and courteous. The whole staff was so pleasant. I am thinking about coming back with some friends after a movie.
The day was September 12th. Our daughter was to be married on that day. As the Father of the Bride, I was assigned the duty of ordering food for the immediate family of the bride and groom. Food was expected by 11:30 am but the round trip was 45 minutes so placing an order on-line was essential to make this work. Unfortunately, the website was not cooperating for whatever reason and, based on when the doors opened and the typical line of customers, it was not likely I would succeed. However, upon calling in, I was greeted by the manager who was understanding of my situation, set aside the requirement for mega orders to be received only by computer, and met me at the door with my order. He saved the day! My now larger family and I are so grateful for the service provided by the staff and manager at the Hampton (VA) Chipotle. They were all a great blessing to us that day.
Good food. Limited selection, but the quality shows. Prices are decent, perhaps a little on the high side.
A friend always talks about how much he loves to eat at Chipotle. Yesterday, I decide to try it out for the first time. So, my friend bought me lunch. After going back to work, I started to feel sick. I had to leave work early because I was feeling so bad. I will never try it again!
