Service needs inproving..I had to order from the bar the server never acknowledge me at all..The people behind me got service i was in their before they where ..He walked by me serval times.The food was good all though i got it from the bar myself.
My sister there her birthday party Sunday at the Comfort Zone, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was pleasant and professional. I recommend anyone who is of the older group to go there and have a ball. Also the bathrooms were clean omg, that's what should me cause if your bathrooms clean then your kitchen clean
YOU KNOW I"M TELLING THE TRUTH: First of all I want everyone to know I'm a strong supporter of minority own and operated businesses. I even understand when the latest of technology or newest prototype is not a part of their operation but, I have to scream this about The Comfort Zones…..I had family come in town from out of state. The date was June 20, 2017. It was early evening. I took my family to the restaurant side, there were a few people sitting and eating while the waitress talked to them. She was the only waitress so she stopped talking and came over to take our order. She had no pen or paper so we thought she just had a good memory. She left to put our order in only to come back to ask what did we order again. She brought our drinks and when back to socializing with the other guest. Our drinks went empty only to have to wave our hands in the air for service. The food took forever, and when it did come, she had not placed the order right i.e. leaving off requested items etc. The two burger meals cooked were dried out etc. After each of us started coming up with things wrong we had to ask for the manager. The manager/ owner came out and we told her about all the food items missing and the dried out hamburgers. She then went and asked the waitress about the order and we hear the waitress screaming they are lying on me and just started to perform. We had eaten a portion of the burgers so the owner came back and asked us so what you want me to do cook you a half a burger? She then went to the kitchen. So we waited for about 10 or 15 min and she did not come back. I then went to the swinging Kitchen doors and there she was elbow deep in chicken flour. So that was my answer either she did not know how to schedule staff or manage staff so that they would want to stay in her employment. Moral of the story employers you are only as good as your staff around you, hire quality people, pay staff good wages….because greed is a sickness and even if you have a monopoly in the area (dance club) you will eventually self-implode.
Tastes like home cooking and will have you begging for seconds. The food is great and the staff pleasant. Saw how highly rated this place was so decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The pork chops are AMAZING! So if you live in the area or are nearby give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
