Very clean, uptodae facility and very caring, accommodating staff.
My husband's dad passed and we rushed over to va. During the 16 hr drive I read reviews on the best western and thought it be a good place. I called before hand verified prices and when we showed up at 1 am tired stressed exhausted, the price changed and the guy was really rude. It was to late to leave because we were so tired, so the next day after the awful breakfast, and all we left and found a way better hotel which was a lot newer, better price and very nice customer service and super clean.
Exceptional service and staff. The rooms in the facility are very clean and modern and have comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Hampton, New Port News, Yorktown or Williamsburg area. There are several restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. This hotel will be my fist choice in the future when visiting the area.

The front desk attendants were SO FRIENDLY! The lady working the front gave me some muffins since i missed breakfast. BUT my first room had MAJOR ISSUES. The shower had hair in it. There was dust on top of the toilet and fixtures. And bed bugs in my bed. I went downstairs and they gave me another room right next to it for some reason. I didn't have any problems the rest of the night thankfully.
Wonderful experience
Hotel is a little run down on the outside, but good quality as you would expect from Best Western. Stayed in a standard room...needs a little upgrading but still nice. Very courteous, helpful, and professional staff. I would stay here again.
