Staff are very friendly and helpful. A decent variety of breakfast food. Good location. Clean spacious rooms. The only complaint I would have, is that the walls are really thin. But other than that, I had a very nice extended stay in this hotel.
We stayed here on the Sept.30. I was more than satisfied with our stay the staff were all great including Liza which was a supervisor I believe. She was professional at all times and I love her accent. One of the guys Newt was so helpful in which making sure we had everything we needed to insure our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean and inviting, the rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was dynamite. I will definitely stay again and recommend family and friends.
Staff was helpful, but we had a late check in on a Saturday night and it seemed like the employee at the front desk was completely alone at the time. At one point we called the desk to ask about our air conditioner, and he informed us that he had a customer at the desk and once he was done he'd come take a look himself. Seems understaffed if he needed to come up personally. The room was very clean and large. Very comfortable bed. The only complaint about the room was that the air conditioner was extremely loud when it came on. Breakfast was great. Nice selection and presentation. Employees working breakfast were helpful and personable.
Very nice staff, clean hotel. Teresa who worked the morning bar was very wonderful and nice. We are late risers, and got to the morning breakfast at 9:45a she helped us make sure the kids were feed. Thank you Teresa! You made my morning a little easier with 3 kids.
Have stayed here many times and always a pretty good experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, rooms are comfortable, and the location is great for my work meetings.
